The Whitman is a well-maintained boutique condo building. We have a 12 month minimum stay. This beautiful 5th floor, end-unit features lots of light, windows on two sides, a view over a quiet park, new wood flooring, in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, island seating, granite counters, Nespresso coffee maker, dining seating for 6 to 8, desk & chair, and attractive furnishings throughout with the needs of the work-from-home professional in mind. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room sofa folds out to a second queen bed for visitors. There is one garage parking space available for $200 per month.
The Whitman features appealing amenities that truly enhance one’s lifestyle including a large roof terrace with pool, seating, and grills, a full gym with weights, cardio, and machines, a 24-hour concierge, a secure mail room, and an event room for larger gatherings. It is a pet-friendly building.
