We stayed in this lovely property for a week, beginning April 17th. It was spacious, newly renovated, sparkling clean. A problem with a faulty water heater was resolved as quickly as possible. The LuxBNB management was very responsive with texts and calls to keep us informed. Keep in mind that there are 32 stairs to the master bedroom suite. The neighborhood is beautiful and about a 15 minute walk to Union Station and the Circulator bus. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it in a heartbeat!

My family of 4 / adults and teens enjoyed spending an April week exploring DC. The house is beautiful, spacious, and nicely updated while not being too modern. It is located in a wonderful safe and quiet residential neighborhood about 3 blocks from the Supreme Court and Capitol building. The Capitol is visible from the street in front of the home. The home is spread out over 3 floors. All 3 full baths were luxurious. I am not planning our master bath remodel based on the master bath in this home. The place was very clean and had all the amenities that we looked for. We loved having a private washer/dryer. We spent days running/walking to so many DC monuments; museums and the Tidal Basin. If we got tired of walking, we would grab a Capital Bike that had stations all over the Mall and around the corner from the house. The property is also close to the Eastern Market and that was the metro station we used the most often, but Union Station was also very convenient. Our family has different energy levels and interests and we were comfortable with our teens returning home early to relax while we enjoyed the city. The property manager also gave us superb service from the renting through the departure of this lovely property. We spent a lot of time in Eastern Market eating at 7th St Hill Cafe; We the Pizza; Good Stuff Eatery; Harvest Tide. We would definitely recommend this property.

This property couldn’t have been more perfect in meeting...and exceeding our family’s needs while vacationing in the DC area. The first floor provided us with ample gathering and eating space. The two upper floors were very accommodating with a variety of sleeping options. Located within easy walking distance of of the Supreme Court, Library of Congress, several grocery stores, subway, bus and bike station. We highly recommend this property.
