Meet LUXbnb

Charlotte Perry is committed to business development  and supporting the growing team!  Seeing an unmet need in Washington forshort-stay rentals plus a desire by property owners to safely generate a healthy revenue stream from their residential properties, Charlotte melded the two into a short-term rental management business addressing the needs of business and pleasure travelers.  Prior to founding LUXbnb, Charlotte had a 15-year professional background working with start-ups setting-up and managing the initial distribution channels throughout North America.  She also worked with established businesses as head of marketing.  In addition to her business skills, Charlotte is intimately aware of the needs of business travelers having averaged 200 hotel nights per year during those 15 years.  As an avid traveler, Charlotte has found her way to 48 states and 59 countries. Having travelled the U.S and the world for business and pleasure as a solo traveler, with business colleagues and with family she knows well what travelers need and want in short-stay accommodations.
